What this is

In Your System (inyoursystem.ai) is an informational tool. It estimates how long medicines, supplements and other substances stay in the body using published adult half-lives and the times and quantities you enter, and it shows general information about those substances, including summaries of public posts on X.

Not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no clinician reviews it. Estimates are averages; your age, weight, genetics, kidneys, liver, food, pregnancy and other substances change the real numbers, sometimes by a lot. Never use this tool to decide whether it is safe to drive, operate machinery, take another dose, or combine substances. Always follow the label and your own clinician. If you think you have taken too much of anything, call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222 in the US) or emergency services.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email, or with a password you set; keep that phone, email and password secure. You are responsible for what you enter. Do not enter information about another person without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to plan misuse of any substance, to scrape or resell the content, to overload the service, or in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content

Reference cards marked "AI-sourced", interaction notes, label readings from photos, answers to your questions and the X summaries are produced by automated models and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat them as a starting point to check, not as fact.

Service and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InYourSystem.ai and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the service. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
